Position title: Area Business Manager - Modern Trade for Punjab and Rajasthan
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing & driving Business with Channel Partners for MT, Key Accounts
- Will be driving Modern Trade (Key Accounts) & Institutional Business with chains (Retail companies)
- Should be responsible for effective Business planning & Implementation to get the maximum growth & profitability with each Key Account regionally.
- Implementing and monitoring the organization standard to get the maximum visibility, availability of the brand & accountable for tracking and maintaining all company merchandising elements across the chains.
- Responsible for Primary Sales planning and supply co-ordination with National Distributor.
- Selection, Training and Monitoring of RSOs, SOs and Brand Promoters.
- Designing and implementing Sales Promotional activities like Direct Sales Campaigns, In-shop campaigns, Consumer offers, Cross-promotions.
- Innovative conceptualizing & utilization of local sales promotional & merchandising schemes at the point of sale for achieving sales target and brand awareness.
Qualification: Full time MBA
