Job ummary

Develop and implement cost efficient, ergonomic and safe Production and Repair Center processes according to production rules. Develop and implement flow efficiency in the production processes

Responsibilities & Tasks:

    Manage New Product Introduction in production lines

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform Inspection & sample check for repaired units in RC. Analyses the relevant result, make improvement action plan and follow-up, and seeks ways to improve RC’s quality performance. To carry out in-house calibration of equipment where applicable. Maintain the ESD checking procedures. Carry out the ESD checking of Floor, workbenches, chairs, trolleys and etc within ESD Protection Areas to ensure the corporate ESD requirements are followed. To carry out Electro-static Discharge (ESD) verification within the RRC. To ensure that all documents are prepared and maintained inspection instruction and quality control workflows and procedures for quality measurements in RC. Prevent the nonconformity products delivery. To be responsible for weekly temperature & humidity data monitor & analysis. Feedback the check result or any quality issue to Quality Manager.

To prepare and analyze the data bank describing the nature of the fault and its occurrence frequency and to determine if the particular fault is occurring due to some deviations in the manufacturing process parameter.

To provide necessary supports to the production so that the products are repaired and delivered to the customer as per expectations with desired quality level.

To act as a people manger and work for the objectives and targets to achieve the common goal of organization.

Develop multi-skill competence within individual and promote the same among the team.

To escalate unresolved/complicated/unique findings to the Global Team for their analysis and suggestion on the subject.

Protect customer and ensure right product deliveries to customer as per requirements . Also responsible for preparation and submission of corrective actions with in stipulated time frame for customer issues .

To work with process engineering and develop control methods / processes to secure consistency in operations and product quality

Analyze data and drive improvements projects with Repair Operations and Process engineering to improve on operational KPI’s related to Test yields / Scrap Rates .

Ensure conduction of product audits / process audits and OBA audits as per plan and drive improvement actions based on audit findings to improve Quality system.

To work as per Ericsson way of working and cultivate a culture to achieve the common goal of organization

To perform tasks to meet the KPI’s of Repair Center.

To implement, control and monitor the quality functions, Quality and Environmental Management Systems, across the repair operation repairing activities at ESSJ.

To perform the Statistical Analysis based on RCA (root cause analysis) of the failed boards and to provide the analysis report to development/design/other support team for their actions.

To drive Improvement Projects within quality organization with objective to improve the quality aspects of the repair product.

To be highly self motivated and develop multi-skill competence within individual and promote the same among the team.

To authenticate, review and approve Quality Assurance and Management Systems documentation In Repair Center

To control and manage Process and Management System documentation with appropriate authority.

To monitor effectiveness of Operational System implementations and initiate corrective and preventive actions, as required.

Sr. Engineer/Engineer - Quality shall have an authority that commensurate with the defined roles and responsibilities or as per delegation from the Manger-Quality & Mfg process

Authorized to stop production in case of non compliances to laid down processes / systems and in situations of a potential customer / product risk

Responsible as the Functional Expert for EMS at Repair Center.

To ensure that EMS quality data zip file to is provided to Quality Data Warehouse twice a month.

New Product/Components/RCO info Updation In EMS.

Develop and maintain Quality Systems in Repair Center and take care of QMS / EMS and EFH requirement deployment.

To establish and implement Product Quality Assurance functions at ESS, Jaipur.
