SSC CGL Tier 1

Regarding - Tier 1 of Qualifying Nature & Tier 2 Online / offline

Tier 1 may be treated as screening exam (Qualifying nature) after receiving a lot of grievances regarding different difficulty levels of exam in different dates.

The notification of CGL 2015 had to include this information because no new rule can be implemented retrospectively. Now since this information is in the notification regarding Tier 1 as screening exam & to conduct online, nothing can bar SSC from implementing this, but subject to govt approval.

Recently, Neetu Singh Madam, owner of leading coaching institute posted that Tier 2 will be conducted online, It means that govt has already approved the recommendation of DOPT. But in next fb post she posted that the matter is pending for govt approval. As matter of tier 1 as screening exam & to conduct tier 2 online is in same recommendation so it is contradictory statement of madam. May be madam is correct but we don't have any authenticity of this news.
